Participation in each of these classes is limited, so early registration is suggested. The three classes offered are: Conversations That Matter - a one-week online course introducing the foundational idea of agile leadership that we can jump-start lasting change by changing our conversations. The course includes videos as well as a discussion forum, two short assignments to help deepen your understanding, and resources for continued exploration of agile leadership skills. The online course will take place from June 22-28 and is offered free to a limited number of registrants. Ten Skills for Building Agile Leadership - a seven-week online course designed by faculty at UNA and Purdue University that helps you understand and implement the skills of agile leadership in teams or organizations facing complex organizational challenges. The online course runs from July 13 to Aug. 30 at a cost of $895 per student. Building an Agile Economy - designed to assist participants by teaching agile ways to build an economy, this three-week online course offers new approaches to economic development and approaches that build agile economies. Instructors explain the frameworks and approaches used to create new ecosystems that stimulate and support innovation and entrepreneurship. The online course will run from June 15 through July 3 at a cost of $245 per student. "In complex, shifting situations, we don't have the luxury of separating thinking from doing. We must do both in rapid, iterative cycles," said Ed Morrison, Director of the Agile Strategy Lab. "With simple, shared protocols and new knowledge about how collaboration really works, we can test our ideas to see if they qualify as new opportunities worth pursuing. We'll start by exploring the challenges you're facing and then custom-design an approach that works, with a focus on giving you the skills and tools you need to keep moving long after the classes have concluded." The Agile Strategy Lab is a collaboration of pioneers from UNA and Purdue University in the fields of agile strategy and leadership as well as collaboration science. The Lab offers a wide variety of courses, both online and in-person.
